• Paikar Users: Must provide authentic legal documents (Trade License/NID) for verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

The prices displayed on Paka are provided by independent third-party Paikars. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any price data. Market conditions change rapidly, and users should verify rates directly with vendors before making financial transactions.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent price information.
• Using any automated system, bots, or scrapers to extract data.
• Impersonating any other person or jewelry business entity.
• Any activity that disrupts the application's integrity or security.

All content, including but not limited to the Paka logo, UI design, proprietary algorithms, and brand elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of PakkaGoldRate.com. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
