We respect your right to be forgotten. If you decide to close your account, the process is straightforward and can be completed directly within the app.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Access the Menu
Launch the Smart Paikar: Gold Silver Rate App and tap on the Menu icon located in the navigation bar.
Open Profile
From the menu list, tap on the Profile option to open your personal information page.
Locate Deletion Button
On the top-right corner of your Profile screen, you will find the Delete icon/button.
Confirm Deletion
Tap the button and confirm your request in the popup dialog. Your account and all data will be removed instantly.
What happens after deletion?
Once you confirm the deletion, the following actions take place immediately:
- Your Personal Profile (Name, Mobile, Shop details) is wiped.
- All Paikari Prices and updates linked to your ID are deleted.
- Any Uploaded Documents (NID/Trade License) are removed from our storage.
- Your active JWT sessions are invalidated, logging you out across all devices.
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your records and history.
